Trupti has over 25 years of industry experience in Consulting, Healthcare, IT, and Contract staffing, with global corporations, such as Capgemini and UnitedHealth Group, where she played leadership roles in Talent Acquisition. She has also worked for several startups to help them ramp up in a record time, in highly competitive talent markets in Asia, North America, and Western Europe. Her work included formulating the Talent Strategy, defining and streamlining the recruitment process, optimizing recruiting costs and operating models, implementing Applicant Tracking Systems, and training recruiters and hiring managers. Her skills at fulfilling niche and hard-to-find resources in tight deadlines have been legendary. Trupti has strong references in organizations and clients she has worked with, for competence, integrity, and delivering on commitments. She has been specially recognized for a very keen understanding of the business and for her ability to innovate in managing the Talent Supply Chain.

Avanish Mishra
CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

Avanish has an MBA from XLRI and over 30 years of cross-cultural experience in Hospitality, Logistics, Consulting, IT, BPO, and Banking & Financial Services with global corporations, such as Taj & Oberois, Syntel, DHL, Hewitt & Barclays Bank in Asia, Europe, and North America in startup, turnaround and high growth settings. He has extensive experience as a member of the senior management team, including a regular invitee to the Board. Among various roles, he has been the Head of HR for over 6 years, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition Head for multiple countries for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in the global hunt for talent in multiple geographies, people integration issues out of Mergers and Acquisitions, and offshore delivery model for back-office operations. A highly business-focused consultant and facilitator, Avanish is equally comfortable working with global corporations in a highly process-driven environment as well as in entrepreneurial organizations/startups with very limited processes and management bandwidth. A high level of integrity, a down-to-earth attitude, and an extensive network of contacts and relationships along with his professional skills and expertise have enabled him to continually deliver on a wide range of client expectations. Apart from Leadership Search Assignments, he handles the HR Consulting, Training, and Executive Coaching Division of TD Newton.
